Q. How do I find a Wedding List?
A. You should receive one of our Gift List cards with your wedding invitation. This will include a password which needs to be entered in the Guests Login to find your couple's Gift List. Please call or email us if you have lost this password.
Q. How do I buy wines from the list?
A. Simply click on the wine you wish to buy. You can buy the couple anything from a single bottle of Champagne to a case of Vintage port for example. Or buy one of our gift vouchers which allows the couple to put money towards something special of their choice.
Q. Can I leave a gift message?
A. You can write your message for the couple at the Checkout. We will enclose your message with the gift.
Q. Do I have to pay delivery charges?
A. No delivery is free and on a date of the couples choosing, normally after the wedding.
Q. What happens if I want to buy an item but deliver it myself?
A. You are welcome to purchase any of our wines and deliver them yourself but this should be done through the normal website. You need to let us know in the Special Instructions option at Checkout if you are buying for a wedding so that we can remove the item from the Wedding List. In this case delivery charges would apply.
Q. When will my wines be delivered?
A. You can choose a date for your wines to be delivered when you first register your Gift List. Delivery is free of charge to your nominated address and would normally take place in the weeks following your Honeymoon.
