Carneiro Estate “Luz” Vinho VerdeA lovely new wine just arrived in. Christiana only makes two wines – there’s specialisation for you. Both are Vinho Verde and this is the classic one. Made from a blend of Azal and Loureiro grapes ( who ever heard of those?) this is light and refreshing. Fruity with a hint of bitterness. A still wine but with a zing of natural spritz which characterizes a good Vinho Verde. This spritz does dissipate after a while, though. Great summer wine.
