From a vineyard established in 2005 on the Shandong peninsula by Chris Ruffle comes this crisp Muscat with a hint of sweetness, which won gold medal at the China Wine & Spirit Awards in Hong Kong. The 2018 vintage produced a high quality juice which was cold-fermented to retain the floral, lychee character of the wine. Drink chilled with seafood? Or just on its own.
