Sometimes a white wine is difficult to describe by either fruit or mineral descriptors. It will depend on the grape variety, or the fact that it is a blend of different varietals each one curbing the excesses of the others. In these cases it's just the texture of the wines which give the pleasure, and they are just soft and creamy and, well...winey.
