Laura is a wine expert in the region. Although Laura is modest about her skills and likes to joke that she couldn’t have done anything else her enthusiasm for wine shines through in everything she makes. Much of her extensive knowledge and skill comes from her Father, but she has put her own distinctive stamp on her wine too. Her wines are made by hand, and ecologically balanced, and her ferments are spontaneous, using no fining or filtration either.
