Based on Grenache Noir and Sangiovese grapes, with a small addition of Muscat. After a brief period of skin contact to extract colour, the juice was fermented at low temperature to retain its fruity flavours. It is full of strawberry and rose petal aromas. Chilled, this slightly sweet wine stands up well to the challenge of matching the strong and varied tastes of a Chinese banquet.
