From a vineyard established in 2005 on the Shandong peninsula by Chris Ruffle comes this this Bronze Medalled (CWSA) Chinese Chardonnay/Viognier blend. The combination of barrel and stainless steel fermentation as well as three months lees stirring produces this quite fat, toasty style which will develop further over the next few years. Drink with sushi, shellfish and Chinese cuisine.
