Perfect party wine! Selected here to be a very different alternative to Champagne in every way; it is semi-sparkling so does not attract the higher Sparkling Duty rate. To my mind Clotilde’s latest cuvee is her best yet! Soft, full, biscuity and long-lasting (in the palate, that is – I suspect the bottle will be polished off very quickly!)
