Predominantly fruit with a touch of wood. It is refreshing, juicy, with fine tannins and red and black fruits.”
It’s an oaky Crianza, needs no more aging.

Great quaffing wine, but rather a superior quaffing wine and also a good food wine. From a great Estate in Robertson! Green appley characters but not sharp. Refreshing and fruity, finishes with that touch of minerality which elevates it from the masses. Lovely winter wine, summer wine, spring wine, autumn wine….

This is Ridgeback Estate’s red Bordeaux Blend given the top Bordeaux Chateau treatment. Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon blended together, barrel aged and then bottle aged giving you a rich, well-structured wine of class! Decant it and your friends could easily be convinced that it’s a fine mature claret.
Drinking now (with your Roast beef) and will cellar until 2020.
